Workforce Strategy Analyst

This position is for a Workforce Strategy Analyst position in Brokerage Wealth Management Technology at Brokerage's New York offices. The position will reside within the Central COO office, but will also work with the PAG areas. The candidate will be a part of a team responsible for the Workforce oversight for the Practice Area Groups (PAGs) from the central COO office. The candidate will help develop and manage a workforce strategy function that supports the internal technology clients and their book of work. They will work closely with the PAGs to understand their resourcing needs and strategy, support reporting and analysis requests, presentations for meetings, and support the PAG resource managers and their clients.

Responsibilities include:
" Assist in Workforce reporting, analysis and monitoring
" Assisting with Vendor Business Reviews
" Project portfolio resourcing needs and strategy
The candidate should be flexible, highly adaptable to a constantly changing environment, and excellent team player. The candidate will be asked to juggle multiple ad hoc requests in addition to the BAU aspects of the role. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and flexible team player who has a strategic vision but also the ability to execute successfully.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Years of Experience: 3-5 years of experience

" Experience with resource level headcount and project resourcing
" Demonstrated ability to create concise and cogent management reporting
" Expertise in Excel and Powerpoint including Pivot Tables, formulas, and data manipulation

" Creative thinker who will take complete ownership and accountability
Skills Desired:
" Understanding of basic human capital metrics
