Job Description:

Become an integral part of the Client Onboarding Team, leveraging knowledge of legal documents and fund subscription best practices and procedures. Interact directly with external administrators, internal operations, and legal/compliance, including AML and KYC teams.

Responsibility to work independently and as part of a team to onboard and assist with transfers of private fund subscriptions, which may routinely require research and follow-up with other divisions of Brokerage. These areas include, but are not limited to private fund businesses, Portfolio Management, Fund Controller groups, Wealth Management teams, internal and external Legal teams, Tax, Treasury, external fund administrators, and IT. Help to promote efficiencies and best practices in client onboarding, transfers of fund interests and investor services teams.

Primary Job Duties can include:
" Overall client administration support
" Reviewing and finalizing new account opening documentation
" Assist in the processing of Investor transfers
" Investor and contact data entry and database maintenance and other administrative/operational support
" Fund and investor data analysis
" Accurate and timely resolution to a wide variety of investor inquiries and problems, some of which may be complex in nature
" Manage client entitlements to the Merchant Banking Investor Portal and specific fund and investor related content
" Tax, FATCA, CRS related administrative support
" Complete special assignments with internal teams
" File required paper and electronic documents for books and records
" Leverage Microsoft Office tools to data mine and validate process requirements related to investor onboarding and transfer processes

Skills Required:

" 3-5 years of work experience in financial services
o Heavy background in Investor/Client Onboarding experience, in particular transfers of investor interests, including KYC and AML
" BA/BS in Finance or related field
" Paralegal certificate or JD (strongly preferred)
" Excellent written and verbal communication
" Problem resolution
" High attention to detail
" Excellent follow-up skills
" Highly organized
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
