Looking for a Business Analyst/Project Manager experienced in business process and system implementations to join their HR Solutions team, with a focus on providing operational and project support for their Employee Relations department. The team is about to embark on a strategic, multi-year initiative, in which the candidate will play a key role.

The ideal candidate would have experience in similar roles and possess strong quantitative and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
" Partner with Employee Relations team and process owners to document existing business process maps and draft desktop procedures
" Analyze and critically evaluate the existing state and define, and implement, future state for processes, workflow, controls and data flows
" Partner with product owners and technology to perform fit gap analysis on potential vendor solutions and define a long term strategic roadmap
" Help define and document user stories and business requirements
" Assist in the creation of a testing strategy and the creation and execution of test plans
" Lead implementation across inter-departmental cross-functional virtual teams
" Identify risks, resolve issues and conduct stakeholder reviews
" Drive adoption and transition to a future state

Requirements
" 7+ years' experience in business process improvement and business process management, workflow operation and operational risk controls
" 7+ years' experience in enterprise wide system implementations, including project management of implementation
" Proficiency with process mapping tools and experience writing detailed process documentation
" Experience with Case Management tools and/or HRCM systems considered a plus
" Ability to distill large amounts of information from different sources into analysis that is detailed enough to meet the needs of end users and can be easily interpreted by management
" Comfortable working independently or within the context of a larger team with the demonstrated ability to prioritize work amongst competing demands to meet deadlines
" Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to quickly establish working relationships across all levels of the organization
