The Critical Infrastructure Services team is responsible for the overarching runtime platforms supporting all facets of the enterprise. The team is seeking a senior SME level team member with an expectation of enhancing the vision for the organization and the core technologies and areas the team facilitates pertaining to authentication, authorization, integration, and cloud based deployments.

• Provides end to end ownership of technology products that includes complete lifecycle
• Responsible to document issue summary, provide deep-dive root cause analysis, and implement remediation actions
• Analytical thinker with the ability to convey ones thoughts clearly and concisely
• Aptitude to participate in teams across organization to solve business and technical issues
• Create design documentation for new products and procedures
• Identity automation opportunities
• Defines standards and best practices for the aforementioned technical areas
• Displays forward thinking and resourcefulness
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff
• Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and drive clarity and outcomes

• Active Directory architecture and security analysis, design and implementation
• Drive out and lead scaling and deploying improvement, enhancement, and consolidation and migration efforts within complex Active Directory multi-forest/multi-domain environments
• Act as 3rd/4th level escalation support of complex, enterprise level Active Directory solutions, with specific emphasis on best practice adherence and security following least privilege methodologies
• Strong DNS and DHCP knowledge (QIP, Microsoft, Infoblox)
• Excellent PowerShell scripting skills (alternatively Perl etc.)
• Experience operating as a thought leader in large-scale, complex and challenging Active Directory solutions
• Strong understanding of Active Directory security concepts and ability to own and hone remediation activities coupled with a broad knowledge of common attack vectors, vulnerabilities and overview of the current threat landscape
• Deep knowledge of PKI and associated tertiary integration and dependencies
• Exposure and/or specific experience within cloud based identity integration and synchronization (Azure Active Directory/O365 deployments, AWS)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the aptitude and ability to interface effectively and efficiently with all levels of peer teams, staff and senior management
• Experience developing sustainable and tenable plans and scoping augmentation of infrastructure to suit business and capacity requirements
• Adhering to and furthering established project management processes (Agile)
• Team building, knowledge sharing and mentoring capabilities to enhance team delivery
• BS/BA, (Education may be substituted for increased years in experience on a year-for-year basis).
