Job duties include but are not limited to:
  • Monitor daily mark to market positions on physical and financial power and natural gas trades
  • Handle all incoming/outgoing margin calls based on credit exposures, market movement, and any new trades
  • Perform weekly/monthly trade reconciliation for both physical and financial power and natural gas swaps, hedges, and confirmations through communication with the trading desk and our various counterparties
  • Reconcile all power, natural gas, and administrative settlements to help manage cash flow using a detailed payment tracking spreadsheet in tandem with the finance team
  • Perform a unitized cost analysis of weekly and monthly NYISO and PJM settlements
  • Update PJM and NYISO margin sheets based on ISO settlements and ECI/Client data
  • RCE analysis of entire company book to analyze and quantify growth
  • Send out daily NYISO and PJM DART emails to show fluctuations in daily LBMPs
  • Update all variable rates for electric and natural gas products in our online website portal, ECI, and the PSC website
  • Run the contract expiration report to switch expiring fixed rate customers to a variable rate
  • Send out contract expiration letters to notify customers that their fixed rate is expiring
  • Set up any new LDCs in the CRM portal and our rack pricing matrix to make website pricing available
  • Check the info@ mailbox daily and forward any pertinent emails
  • Manage all promo codes, from set up in CRM to updating the price and linking to website
  • Generate Green-e Certificates on request for trading desk based on custom template
Electric Desk-
  • Price electric variable rates in the electric pricing model daily to determine day to day variable margins
  • Look at posted utility tariffs monthly to develop a utility price to compare for electric variable rates
  • NYISO and PJM unitized cost breakdowns for DART analysis and swing projects
  • Manage sponsor assets to ensure that all available assets are being utilized
  • Maintain and update all social media platforms as needed (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)
