Description: As a Recruiting Scheduler at Client, you will work to support a nationally-located team of Recruiters and partner with the broader HR team and hiring managers. You will be an integral part of a team that is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing on a broad recruiting strategy for multiple business lines. Your work will be essential to ensure that the team is running effectively and efficiently in a dynamic and matrixed environment. We re looking for someone who is astute, forward thinking, and who can operate effectively while managing multiple and competing priorities.

Responsibilities
Schedule multiple interviews with candidates; coordinate all details of interviews including travel arrangements and act as point of contact for candidates on travel-related questions
Ensure a positive interview experience for all candidates
Engage in written and verbal communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process
Manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) candidate records; create and run weekly tracking reports
Create and update job postings based on information obtained from recruiters
Manage invoices and maintain relevant recruiting metrics and reports
Work with external staffing/recruiting firms
Coordinate all background checks, drug testing and other pre-employment tests
Maintain accurate recruiting events calendar
Create metrics to track recruiting sources, days to hire and other recruiting activities
Coordinate and participate in New Hire Orientation
Manage intern program
Assist and support HR functions, programs and initiatives
Take on an array of special projects that advance the mission of our recruiting team
Support with recruiting team implementation of the company-wide recruiting and EEO/AAP strategy as well as compliance with all OFCCP regulations
Participate in contract negotiations with job boards and other external hiring resources
From time to time review resume submissions and conduct initial telephone screening interviews; refer qualified candidates to hiring managers
Required Skills: Requirements
BA/BS or equivalent in relevant discipline required plus 1 - 3 years in a recruiting or human resources support role highly preferred
Full competency in MS Office required
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred
Strong professionalism, discretion and customer service mindset
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Superior time management and multi-tasking ability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership for wide-ranging responsibilities

Education: BA/BS or equivalent in relevant discipline required plus 1 - 3 years in a recruiting or human resources support role highly preferred
