" Understanding of electronic records management and the records analysis process as it pertains to application workflows
" Experience in developing and maintaining records retention schedules, particularly functional schedules.
" Familiarity with records retention schedule solutions.
" Record Management Experience in Financial Services
" Must have Supervisory experience
" MLS, CRM, CRA or IGP a plus, but not mandatory
" Project Management skill a plus.
" Excellent communications skills.
" Excellent communication and presentation skills
" Organized, detailed and able to manage work to meet tight deadlines
" Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
" Knowledge of SharePoint is a plus
