Responsibilities:
Handle multiple projects and their associated tasks simultaneously
Effectively communicate with a wide audience of business, technical and executive staff, and address and build solutions to complex issues
Collaborate with internal/external clients to understand business needs, meet project goals and deadlines
Track records of meetings, critical breakthroughs and commitments
Drive key achievements of the project (Software Acceptance, Scenario Modeling, Training, etc.)
Understand contracts, consulting services billing and breakthrough revenue recognition
Act as the liaison and coordinator for meetings and deliverables
Clear and concise project tracking and reporting.
Prepare weekly status reports, including action item tracking, regular project plan maintenance, metrics reporting, budget reporting
Lead stakeholder/steering committee meetings
 
Qualifications:
10+ years of relevant experience
Certified Project Manager (i.E. PMP) preferred
Deep understanding of when escalation is necessary
Ability to exercise independent discernment
Excellent verbal and written presentation skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers, and day to day operations resources (external to Client).
Strong organizational/conflict resolution skills with a polished and professional presence
User experience with Microsoft Project (preferred) or similar project tracking software
Self-Sufficient and driven individual with an inherent aptitude for owning project related tasks from start to finish
Leader who enjoys interacting with different personalities daily
A Self-starter with proven project, time and task management experience
Strong analytical and product skills, including a deep understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
Experience in relationship development and recognizing/leveraging cross-selling opportunities
Ability to Travel
