Translates information into clearly documented detailed requirements and functional specifications.
Creates, manages and updates project plans including risk management plans, communication plans, budgets and other related project documentation.
Tracks the status of all projects and manage escalations.
Facilitates routine project status meetings including executive briefings.
Updates and reviews reports for all projects.
Experience and Educational Background List both the minimum requirement for hire (degrees, licenses, years of experience) and the preferred or optimal background to succeed in this position. Bachelors Degree and 5-7 years of industry experience as part of IT Management.
Previous PMO experience strongly preferred with demonstrated knowledge of full lifecycle project management.
Experience using standard project tools including Microsoft Project.
Working knowledge of business analysis documentation standards.
