Performance Measurement Rep
1. Analysis/Client Servicing- Calculates and reports performance calculations, dividend yields and/or 30 day SEC yields and attribution (as necessary) for BBH clients.- Provides data to database companies including portfolio holdings and information to calculate accurate performance and statistics- Fields and responds to basic client inquiries and escalates issues- Exhibits developing understanding of BBH products and services- Develops relationships with internal and external clients- Fulfills basic client reporting needs 2. Risk and Control- Ensures the accurate and timely performance measurement and/or attribution reporting (as necessary); Reconciles and analyzes data source for calculations; Prepares reporting with necessary supporting documentation for review by Senior Analyst and/or Manager- Responds to internal and external audit requests promptly and accurately- Contributes to departmental procedures- Ensures adherence to all established procedures and controls 3.Technology, Innovation and Productivity - Uses internal systems to gain full knowledge of applications as they relate to the responsibilities of the Performance Measurement group- Compiles, monitors and verifies data used within internal systems- Uses relevant internal technology to effectively and efficiently manage client inquiries- Begins to identify ways to improve productivity and efficiency within the department- Assists in the coordination of new business and product implementations and conversions 4. Teamwork- Begins to develop key internal relationship to proactively aid in the resolution of client issues- Participates in meetings to accomplish the objectives set forth BA/BS degree (finance or accounting concentration preferred), and/or equivalent work experience. Knowledge and skills (general and technical) - - Knowledge of SEC N-1A and N-2 requirements and or separate account performance are a plus.- Strong analytical and problem solving skills. - Ability to plan and prioritize assignments through multi-tasking while dealing with competing deadlines.- Written and oral communication skills.- Strong knowledge of Excel is a plus.- Client service skills.
