A^ As an Operations Analyst within our Operational Excellence team, you contribute by providing analytical support and evaluating transactional quality in support of the department's goals to improve quality, productivity and drive continuous improvement across the Customer Experience organization.A^ Your analytical and problem solving skills are complementary and additive to the overall team, where your contributions significantly increase the value that the Operational Excellence team provides to the organization.

Responsibilities a^ Conduct data analysis and generation of performance dashboards, scorecards, and reports utilizing excel and tableau, partnering with our IT teams to implement into GPS
a^ Visually review and compare actual output to expected and clearly document findings in accordance with our OpEx policies and procedures
a^ Perform initial assessment of results, working with business leaders to report outcomes, identify issues, and translate defects into improvement opportunities
a^ Draft new and revise existing Quality Assurance policies (SOPs) as new guidelines are developed and new processes evaluated
a^ Provide analysis support for process improvement initiatives
a^ Ability to handle high volume of activities in a fast changing, dynamic environment
a^ Generate and maintain incentive program performance scorecards and metrics
Qualifications:
A^ a^ Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with Excel (formulas, pivot tables, joining spreadsheets together, etc.)
a^ 3-5 years' experience in a similar analytical role
a^ Possesses an analytical thought process and inquisitive nature
a^ Proven track record of detail orientation, thoroughness, speed, and accuracy
a^ Self-starter capable of working independently or with a team
a^ Demonstrated sense of urgency, dedication and commitment towards achieving results under demanding timeframes
a^ Excellent organizational and time management skills
a^ Highest level of integrity with ability to maintain confidentiality
a^ Exhibits a desire to be challenged and increase skillsets and knowledge to grow into new positions within the CX organization and/or expanded scope of responsibilities within OpEx
a^ High degree of self-confidence
a^ Experience with the following ProSight applications a plus: Premiere, Quicksolver, Corporate Record, Submission, ImageRight, or Claims Assure
