Responsibilities would include:
Provide excellent customer service, including direct communication with requestors and end users of Media services
Intake, handle and deliver upon inquiries and end user requests for Media and related services
Facilitate communication between Media and the larger BW community
Coordinate incoming requests, assign tickets to Media team members, weighing current assignments, capacity and distribution of workload

Position Requirements:
Previous experience in a process-driven, customer-service environment, preferably with solid hands-on experience with a workflow management/ ticketing assignment system (e.G., an IT Help Desk) with a proven successful track record
Organized, systematic with strong attention to detail
Excellent judgment and risk perception
Strong sense of situational awareness; able to quickly process information and take appropriate action
Service/Customer orientation; approachable and personable
Exceptional written/oral communication skills; able to work comfortably with peers and managers, across all departments
Remains calm and confident under pressure

Preferred candidates would also meet the following criteria:
Experience or interest in media production is preferred but not required
Proficiency with the MS Office Suite, workflow management/ticketing software
Experience working as part of a team (teamwork and collaboration.)
