The Desktop Support Specialist Intern under the supervision of the Team Leads and under the guidance of the Desktop Support Manager will handle the following responsibilities. \

Responsibilities:
" Incident and Request handling which includes:
o Queue Monitoring
o Hardware repair and installs
o Software installations
o Follow-up as needed
o Escalations
o Resolution in coordination with the Team Leads

" Coordinate turnover report with Team Leads
" Assist with projects where onsite technical support is needed
" Assist Team Leads & Desktop Support Manager on special assignments

Experience Requirements:
" Enrolled in a 4-year Bachelors program with an Information Technology Major
" Desire to service customers IT needs in a hospital setting
" Hands on experience with IT, on and off the campus
" Any IT related training while pursuing college
