  XXXXX is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join its growing Technology team. This team member will work as an integral part of the Technology team in the firm' s New York office. This role will carry the primary responsibilities to support end users and infrastructure in a fast-paced environment which includes Windows 10 workstations, Cisco/Polycom IP phones, smartphones and printers. 
 
Key Job Requirements:
  • Provide Desktop/Laptop support to end users
  • Install/deploy workstations and printers
  • Install and troubleshoot IP phones and smart phones
  • Work with vendors to troubleshoot issues as needed
  • Log each task in the IT ticketing system
  • Assist with troubleshooting network/server issues if needed
 
Key Skills/Experience:
  • 2-5 years of experience working in technology and/or support
  • Mac experience a must
  •   AV equipment experience including video/still cameras, lighting, web casts and web conferencing
  • Excellent interpersonal and general communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  •   Ability to work with minimal supervision at times
  • Active Directory experience preferred
  • Computer Science degree or similar preferred
  • A+ Certification preferred
