Members of the Operations team have a unique vantage point as the division touches all parts of the business, front to back. One of the largest divisions in the firm, Operations has diverse responsibilities, including correctly settling and recording millions of transactions per day, identifying and mitigating all operational risks, developing strong client relationships and partnering with technology to realize the full potential of IT and e-solutions. Throughout, we continually strive to improve while actively supporting the development of new businesses, structures and markets.
Primary Responsibilities
Global Operations is hiring an Administrative Assistant in New York to support the Global Operations Divisional Management team. Successful candidate will have a roll up your sleeves " can do mindset.
Executive Administrative Support:
" Serve as administrative coverage for Global Operations Divisional Management team including Global Operations Chief Operating Officer
" Inclusive of schedule management, arrangement of travel and expense processing and support of visiting senior management and external clients

Management Support:
" Coordinating the agenda, presenters and associated meeting materials and logistics for Global Operations senior management meetings
" Arrange conference calls and multi point video conferences - taking full ownership of all associated logistics including room reservations and multimedia bookings

Communication Management:
" Support Global Operations communications from Global Head of Operations and Chief Operating Officer
" Provide support and technical assistance to team liaising with technical support team when required
" Partner with multimedia on coordination for open forums and global management meetings
