" Lead the definition and development of wireless connectivity solutions for ultra-dense, close proximity connected experiences
" Define the connectivity charter for our next generation live entertainment venues that enable connected, interactive and immersive guest and artist experiences
" Define the architecture of wireless connectivity subsystem for Wi-Fi, LTE, and other radio technologies
" Research and optimization of the EPC and 5G Core Network architecture and optimization of its services.
" Development of Client enhanced algorithms to introduce new services and signaling for EPC and 5G Core Network.
" Provide patentable solutions for implementation of new features in LTE-Advanced and 5G systems
" Research and optimization of 5G New Radio transmission and reception mechanisms.
" Development of Client enhanced algorithms to improve spectral efficiency of the LTE-Advanced and 5G network.
" Develop methods to automate network planning, optimization and monitoring across a range of venue cut down scenarios, formats, and emergent artist/guest experiences
" Be at the forefront of automated and real-time UX testing, including QoE across latest mobile operating systems
" Where strategically necessary, align with key standards, regulatory, or alliance agencies
" BA/BS degree in STEM, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field
" 15+ years of Engineering and Product Development experience, with demonstrated experience in building products from ideation to launch
" Advanced experience in software applications and architecture.
" Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
" Technical proficiency with wireless technologies and their software platforms, including:
o Software platforms and databases
o Connectivity and mobile technology
o Wi-Fi and Personal Area Networks
o Experience with IoT/M2M modules, software, and devices is a strong plus.
" Expert in analyzing and implementing LTE-Advanced and 5G Core Network 3GPP technical specifications
" Experienced in simulation/optimization of wireless systems, protocol layer design, and network signaling
" Experienced with attending and actively contributing to 3GPP, 3GPP2, IETF, and/or IEEE standard organizations
