Project Scope: End User/desktop support.
Position: Desktop Support Technician.
Skills/ Qualification Required:
Ability to support Windows 7 and O365 environment.
Ability to build and deploy desktops and Laptops.
Experience in a managed print environment is a plus.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve OS and software issues.
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years.
Desktop and Laptop OEM: Dell & Lenovo.
Printer OEM: Client
