This is a great opportunity to take on a customer-facing role to ensure that our customers
derive maximum benefit from the Flagship Software platform.
This position will involve working with the sales team as we take on new customers, and will become the primary point of contact for customers - helping to implement the software and drive tangible business results!
- 5 -10 years Implementation/Release Management experience in Financial Services / FinTech preferred
- Experience in providing customer success support and training preferable but not essential.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
