Leads diverse administrative functions usually for a very large, complex department or business unit. Functions may include: financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, and coordination of certain projects, associate training, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, or communication. May consult with senior management to define and lead projects that encompass and impact many associates. Requires a thorough knowledge of the department or business unit's functional area or products. Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and financial/accounting practices. May provide workflow direction.
Management of Business Support function which may include:
" Oversight of traditional COO/Business Support activities (AIM, Compliance Reporting, Policy Routines & Attestation, Space Management)
" Monthly Business Review (Review Materials, Determine What's Included, etc.)
" Management of executive routines leadership meetings, engagement strategy, communication strategy (All Hands Calls)
" Business interface with HR, Finance (Corporate Forecasts)
" SOW / Contractor / Consultant Approvals
" Headcount forecasting and tracking
" Organizational Health
" Business Continuity Plans
" Ownership of Financial Forecasts
" Enterprise Records Management Compliance

" Strong Business Acumen
" Strong Interpersonal Skills and the Ability to Build Relationships and Influence Across the Organization
" Prior working experience with key support function roles such as HR, Finance and Compliance
" Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
" Strong organizational and workload management skills; ability to prioritize own work and re-prioritize when necessary
" Ability to manage multiple functions / projects at the same time
" Strong written and verbal communication skills
" Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
" Results driven with ability to self-motivate to accomplish objectives.
" Present oneself assertively, convincingly, and with confidence to establish credibility and respect with others
