Operations Associate, HR Executive Compensation

Brokerage is seeking a dynamic self-starter to join the Executive Compensation Operations team, part of the Firm's Human Resources organization.
The Executive Compensation Operations team administers the Firm's deferred cash and equity incentive compensation programs, which cover more than 20, 000 employees in all business units, including senior management. The team relies on robust internal and external administrative systems and service partners, provides deep operational knowledge, delivers high-touch customer service, and collaborates among more than a dozen internal and external stakeholders.
You may coordinate and/or assist with efforts across multiple stakeholders within HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, Tax, and business administration to ensure accurate and timely payment and reporting of deferred compensation awards.
Day-to-day responsibilities on the team include:
" Coordinate bi-monthly reconciliation and processing of deferred cash distributions
" Coordinate participant account opening process for deferred cash and equity awards
" Manage weekly activity forecasts and cash flow/share usage projections
" Coordinate processing of deferred compensation payments for Beneficiaries and Estates of deceased plan participants
" Manage departmental invoice and manual payments processing
" Perform ad hoc reporting queries
" Create and maintain process documentation
" Provide input into process and reporting improvements across Executive Compensation Operations

Key skills required:
" Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance, Business, HR or other related field
" Prior experience (2-4 years) with compensation programs or in Payroll, Finance or HR function highly desirable
" Demonstrated integrity, discretion, accountability, and confidentiality
" Extremely high level of attention to detail and data accuracy
" Excellent interpersonal skills including ability to effectively interact with cross-functional colleagues
" Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
" Experience contributing to major annual projects under tight deadlines
" Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills
