This position is for a role in support of the Human Resources Vendor Management team. The team serves as a centralized utility function supporting Human Resources vendor relationships by ensuring adherence to departmental and Firm standards.


This position will focus on supporting HR to meet the requirements of the department's Vendor Management Program. Responsibilities include:
- Support the lifecycle of supplier management from onboarding to termination
- Contract reviews to determine if best practice terms and conditions as well as service level metrics are in place
- Business Continuity Plans and Contingency Plans summarization
- Review of meeting minutes and other monitoring documentation
- Review outstanding issues and action items to escalate as appropriate
- Coordinating with business sponsors to obtain relevant information
- Assist various HR functional areas as needed to ensure timely completion of requirements


Qualifications:
- Legal assistant and/or paralegal experience
- Strong project management and organization skills
- Experience with procurement process and/or supplier management process is a definitive advantage
- Detail oriented
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite, specifically Excel
- Interpersonal and executive communication skills
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly, flexible and positive attitude
- Strong verbal and written English proficiency


Experience and Education:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-5 years of experience in a related field
