The Training Coordinator will be responsible for aiding in the development and execution of all Summer training programs for Analysts and Associates. This individual will develop a keen understanding of the businesses that he or she supports and will collaborate with Program Managers, subject matter experts, and external vendors to execute the programs for Analyst and Associate new hires, located in New York, NY, Baltimore, MD and South Jordan, Utah.

" Assist with the design, development, and execution of intern, full-time programs across various client business units
" Work with the Program Manager to create and manage a budget for existing and potential programs across various client business units while meeting both strategic and cost objectives
" Track and process all invoices relating to the programs
" Assess and measure the effectiveness of the training currently in place and restructure existing training programs in conjunction with the Program Manager in order to manage cost and improve efficiencies
" Create feedback evaluations. Summarize and analyze findings. Analyze feedback from client focus groups, identify gaps and implement this feedback in the design of future training programs
" Support Program Manager with metrics reporting and analysis that will be presented to the business unit and senior management
" Manage all logistics of training programs, including:
" Relationships with conference center staff, multi-media, food/catering and facilities
" Internal/external venue logistics
" Scheduling course dates/times with internal/external vendors
" Tracking candidate travel and housing details
" Tracking candidate Series exam details
" Maintaining program calendars
" Maintaining SharePoint site
" Preparing materials for distribution
" Maintaining the Learning Management Systems- (LMS) with course information and enrollment details
" Setting up building- access for external vendors
" Partnering with technology for setup
" Creating class rosters and tracking classroom attendance
" Assist with rotation/placement administration

" BA or BS degree
" 1 year of work experience
" Strong project management skills
" High level of attention to detail
" Ability to manage budgets and design reports
" Analytical skills
" Strong written and oral communication skills
" Client presence
" Strong interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
" Highly collaborative/team player
" Strong technical skills, including experience and proficiency with:
" Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
" SharePoint
" Learning Management Systems
" Expense Management Systems
