Due to the pipeline of projects for 2019 the person filling the position should have prior BA experience and would be responsible for the attending meetings on behalf of Trade Settlements Managers and BA, facing off with Change Management, scheduling of meetings, assisting SME's with test cases and execution. Please find additional information in the job description Risk Management / Compliance Management: - Assist management in ensuring proper product delivery, proper escalation and resolution of high exposure items, maintaining the proper balance of cost, control and client service (3Cs), and maintaining proper standards and controls.- Oversee the specialists who are responsible for all trade settlements from both domestic and global clients regardless of security type- Responsible for Compliance related processing and management- Review E&O situations and look for corrective action.- Communicate professionally and constructively to effectively resolve issues in order to minimize risk and exposure People Management: 2. People Management - Assist staff with day to day processing activities. - Coach when required to ensure smooth roll-out of projects- Ensure team is properly aligned with the Business Plan for the unit.- Ensure employees have the information and tools necessary to progress. 1 Under 20% 0 20% to 35%0 36% to 50%0 Over 50% Process Improvement: 3. Process Improvement - Help to enhance the productivity of the unit.- Challenge all processes, procedures and practices. 1 Under 20% 0 20% to 35%0 36% to 50%0 Over 50% Quality Assurance/Control: - Ensure daily output standards, both quality and timeliness, are met.- Maintain a process to ensure simplicity and clarity around key controls as well as segregation of duties.- Oversee the proper trade settlements, as defined by the applicable custodian agreements and/or service level agreements, should be timely, complete and properly formatted.- Ensure adherence to all established policies, procedures and controls.- Assist management in the implementation of policies, procedures and controls.- Monitor volume, workflows and overtime of team.- Identify and resolve workflow issues. Project Management/Testing: Manage projects, both firm wide and department specific- Responsible for the entire lifecycle of project to include design, requirements, development, testing, and implementation- Coordinate project on behalf of Trade Settlements with Systems, Change Management, and other interest parties Other: 6.
