eCommerce Content Coordinator/Merchandiser

In addition to digital marketing competency, this position requires superior communication skills to drive collaboration amongst a wide range of stakeholders including internal digital, brand and sales teams as well as external distributor, retailer and agency partners.
Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
" Manage the delivery and maintenance of eCommerce and Digital Path-to-Purchase programs and tools.
" Work with brand, sales and agency teams to develop and deploy basic product content and custom enhanced content on eCommerce and retailer platforms.
" Manage ecommerce Content agencies and partnerships
" Work with Marketing Communications and IT team to maintain eCommerce assets on Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
" Collaborate with broader digital team to communicate objectives, priorities, and insights to inform future digital path-to-purchase tools, platforms and partnerships.
" Monitor eCommerce account websites for optimization opportunities, including pricing, placement, promotion and content.
" Maintain product content on third party syndication platforms such as Kwikee and Bevsites.
Nature & Scope:
The eCommerce Content Coordinator/Merchandiser reports to the Digital Path-to-Purchase Coordinator and holds primary responsibility for ensure accurate, up-to-date and effect brand content on eCommerce platforms.
As part of the core Spirits Marketing Digital Team, the candidate must be passionate about keeping informed of latest digital trends and finding ways to integrate digital strategies and tools into shopper marketing programs.
Must work well in a fast-moving environment and possess collaboration and communication skills. Must effectively execute digital programs with key stakeholders, which include internal PRUSA colleagues in Sales, Brand Marketing and Digital Marketing functions, as well as external retailers, distributor partners and creative agencies.
" Education: Minimum of Bachelor's degree
" Experience / Background: 1-2 years digital or eCommerce experience
o Must have familiarity with eCommerce sites such as Amazon, Walmart.Com, Instacart.
o Must have experience with brand content development and deployment.
o Experience with alcohol beverage eCommerce platforms such as Drizly, Minibar, Reserve Bar preferred.
o Must possess working understanding of digital consumer journeys.
o Must have experience in managing digital projects either at an agency or client-side
