Assist with upgrading user's Internet Explorer browser from IE9 to IE 11 Enterprise Mode. Provide go-live support and rollout support. Assist with any troubleshooting that might occur after upgrade.
Install Internet Explorer browser from IE9 to IE 11 Enterprise Mode. Configure application settings for devices if need arises. Provide go-live and rollout support. Support users on the new browser. Provide application troubleshooting support for the application if needed. Resolve the issue, forward it to the correct group for remediation, or elevate it to the Implementation Manager if required. Assist with determining how a issue can best be resolved to meet the needs of the users. Identify and assist with labeling various company devices that have received IE 11 browser with the Tattoo tool identifier. Monitor application issues and evaluate issues as they arise. Write and maintain accurate and current documentation regarding application supported by the team. Participate in the maintenance of training materials and disseminate materials to users. Provide timely, effective, and professional customer support during the shift. Work with the Implementation manager and support personnel on escalated issues to identify problems and resolve them. Triage workstation issues as required. Qualifications: Windows Application implementation, troubleshooting, and support; Application testing; Related clinical or business experience; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
