MSET FX sits within the Fixed Income Division and is responsible for all aspects of e-commerce within Foreign Exchange. This includes Sales, Client Services, Product Management, Quant and Strats. This area has evolved from meeting the increasingly complex needs of our clients across hedge funds, asset managers, corporates and other institutions. The MSET-FX model is based on the Brokerage's market leading MSET Equities business.

Team Profile
EFX Client Services is a global front-office team tasked with managing the entire client life cycle, from origination and onboarding to account management and support. We are the front-line client service and support center, from the initial sales calls or reverse client inquiry, to investigating real time trade issues across proprietary and third party technology. For this, we work closely with internal areas of MS such as Sales, Credit, Legal and IT support. We work closely with sales and clients to make sure that new users to MS have a high level of service as they begin transacting, and continue to handle day to day client facing Account Management duties.
Primary Responsibilities

Working within the EFX Client Services team, you will first gain an understanding of the Brokerage Foreign Exchange business as well as learning the global E-Commerce business. You will learn all the proprietary and third party systems that clients use to trade with Brokerage and gather the required information required to manage the workflow across the multiple global departments involved in the process from pre-to-post execution. The team works closely with voice and electronic client coverage throughout the client enablement and integration process and testing pre go-live.

Close involvement with technology teams is required to diagnose and implement solutions to client issues and requests, and strong sales and relationship management skills are necessary to communicate to and serve as a trusted advisor to our diverse client base. As a front-office sales organization, members of EFX Client Services are also responsible for managing and increasing the profitability of our low-mid touch institutional client base, as there is a clear correlation between the
Client Services function and EFX revenue.
