Requirements: o Review and complete Alternative Fund Documentation.
O Analyze alternative fund offering memorandum and subscription documentation for serviceability and risk qualifiers.
O Facilitate all facets of the investment process including resolution of any post-execution road blocks including legal and compliance issues across 100+ client relationships.
O Coordinate meetings with Legal Counsel (OGC), Funds/TA and client to resolve AML/Legal issues.
O Act as a lead on conversion project plans; coordinate with operations teams and clients to finalize plan and timeline for conversion projects.
O Strong presentation skills to lead client/prospect meetings around hedge/alternative funds and custody operations at BBH.
Qualifications: o 3+ years of industry experience within Custody and Alternative Funds operations
o Ability to work successfully with internal and external clients and service providers in a team oriented environment
o Ability to multitask with competing priorities, under time sensitive deadlines
o Highly organized with superb communication skills
