  • Strong Information Architecture skills and experience, specifically providing clarity and insight with context and efficiency.
  • Works cross-functionally with business stakeholders, product managers, ux designers and engineers to create an engaging and effective end-to-end experience for a large web-based enterprise-level platform
  • Translate business and functional requirement into creative UX design solutions with an emphasis on task automation, project management and creative asset collaboration
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to develop a clear design vision and strategy for an optimal end-to-end user journey
  • Create elegant user flows, journey maps and wireframes to effectively communicate design approaches and concepts
  • Define requirements for ongoing UI/UX style guide and patterns
  • Able to prototype multiple design solutions for user research/testing, as needed
  • Conduct user tests, gather feedback from clients and analytics. Analyze feedback to inform design decisions
  • Must be detail-oriented and well-organized
  • Familiar with information architecture practices
  • Able to multi-task and manage several projects at a time
  • Provide design direction for Product Marketing

REQUIREMENTS
  • 8+ years, preferably on an enterprise SAAS web-based platform
  • BS in Design, HCI, or equivalent experience
  • Hands-on experience working on responsive and mobile-optimized web applications in an agile work environment
  • Experience working with/on a UI/UX style guide and pattern library
  • Strong critical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Strong presentation, written communication and delegation skills
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, OmniGraffle (or other wireframing/diagramming tool), Invision, (or similar prototyping/presentation tool), Zeplin or Inspect by Invision (for style guide & handoff)
