Senior Associate Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst
Role & Responsibilities - -Ability to gather and document business requirements
-Ability to write intermediate SQL queries and to understand technical specifications to ensure proposed solutions meet business requirements
-Working knowledge of Data Integration concepts, Data Mappings, System Mappings, Data Models, Data Lineage, Data Governance
-Ability to analyze/design current and future state process flows
-Work closely with developers/QA/data modelers/other team BSAs in a paired environment
-Work closely with the business and system owners to define the solutions appropriately
-Support the development teams throughout the lifecycle, including UAT, Integration testing and production support
-Communicate and articulate technical vision while understanding business requirements
-Excellent knowledge of standard project management methodologies
-Ability to meet expected delivery dates and the tasks necessary to achieve objectives
-Working knowledge of information systems and operational systems for supported business groups
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Strong ability to analyze data using Excel for reporting and data mining purposes
-Strong people skills
-Must be a self-starter and able to manage the investigations function with minimal supervision
-Domain experience with one or more of the following regulations; MIFID 1, MIFID 2, SEC 1, SEC 2, Fund Accounting, and Security Master/ Reference Data.
Other Requirements - This is a Senior Associate role. No travel required. Can work out of any Client office/ is work from home flexible.
Somebody from Franklin Templeton/ FTS is a HUGE plus and is one of the top requests from the client.
This person will be working via the phone with the client full time so strong verbal presentation is key.
