Non-IT - Project Manager
Looking for someone to come in and get a detailed understanding from the individual teams of their current front to back environment and existing control processes. Identifying processes that are more manual in nature and reviewing timing of control execution. Individual should be comfortable doing investigation work by speaking with SME's but be able to pull together a summary plan more autonomously.

This person will have to be confident enough to ask challenging questions to members of staff around exactly what they are doing, how they are doing it and then come up with scenarios to present to senior members of the department for Improvements off the back of their findings. The individual will need to able to drive discussion across the firm, summarize collective findings, risk assessment and proposal. The individual needs to be organized in their approach to pulling together a summary plan.
They will come up with a plan (Target operating Model) to present their business case. They will then be tasked with implementing solutions which will include moving work across functions or looking for short term solutions which may include; quick system changes, change timing of when work is performed, or change existing control processes.
