One position will be straight IT recruiting, candidate needs to have a strong IT recruiting background but is comfortable covering non-IT roles as well.
The second position will need to have a strong recruiting background supporting various skill sets, not specific to one area.
They're open to a strong agency side recruiters looking to make the switch. I feel that this person should have some exposure to the corporate side. Soft skills are important for this as well. They'd like to have a month of overlap time to work with this person. They'd like to have both resources in the door by mid-end of August.
