Market Data Analytics-Work with existing complex, formula driven excel databases to analyze market data by employee, position, department, business and location.-Prepare preliminary market analysis, issues and trends for positions, departments, lines of business and locations combining benchmark survey data, turnover, hiring trends, anecdotal information and market best practices-Create excel reports, graphs, charts to clearly illustrate issues and trends in the data-Create first draft executive summaries in Power Point of multi-perspective market trends and issues identified in the data analysis-Analyze and synthesize data from the multiple sources to create the Firm's global salary budgets, bonus pools, and promotion programs
System Budget BuildBudget build reconciliations-Data validation-Edit checks of pools and budgets loaded into Peoplefluent-Reconciliation of budget pools Planning -Budget vs spend reconciliations-Identify root causes of reconciliation issues- Create spend reports noting planning issues and trends-Analysis of Additional Ask vs Allocation-Post planning position to market analysis
-Triage- first point of contact on user experience questions-Tracks user experience trends-Escalates issues to more experienced compensation consultants-Testing training methodologies/ tools
- 4+ years of Compensation experience- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

- Very Strong critical thinking and analytical skills- Very Strong working knowledge and application of compensation market pricing methodology- Very Strong Excel skills Pivot Tables, V-Look up, Formulas, marcos- Must be able to work independently under general guidance - Ability to get to the root cause of an issue and understand it's impacts and offer solutions- Ability to solve routine problems and issues independently; knowing when to leverage subject matter experts to resolve complex issues - Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail. Must be accurate, self-check own work and not count on others to identify errors- Ability to manage multiple priorities, while meeting deadlines

Beneficial- Experience working with McLagan market surveys- Beneficial- Knowledge of the Krakow, Poland market- Beneficial-- CCP or other HR certification in process
