Department Profile
The Finance Division reports to the Chief Financial Officer and consists of some 3, 000 employees worldwide. Finance protects the Client franchise by serving as Client of the Firms books and records, and by contributing to Firm wide risk management and risk reduction. This division maintains relationships with Client's various industry and government regulators, and also serves as the conduit of financial information to the outside investment community. Finance plays a critical role as advisor to Client's various businesses and its senior management team.

Responsibilities:
" Provide financial support for the Wealth Management - Alternative Investments & Traditional Investment Solutions product areas " Interact with various stakeholders of the business, inclusive of subject matter experts across the firm and senior management " Responsible for management reporting, presentations, analysis and support " Assist with weekly forecasting and annual budget process " Measure and analyze financial performance against key business metrics. Provide qualitative analysis to enable management to measure progress against goals.
" Refine and develop reporting environments for non-financial metrics, key performance indicators, and various other initiatives " Monitor financial close and coordinate with Product Controllers " Coordinate and facilitate special projects and ad-hoc requests

Skills required:
" B.A./B.S. Finance/Accounting
" Understanding of financial reporting systems, procedures, and controls (i.E. Forecasting, financial close, stress testing (CCAR), risk mediation, etc.) " Ability to make creative and effective use of systems and technology (including MS Office Suite, Business Objects, Tableau, SQL) " Manage strategic projects efficiently " Effective communication with all levels of management and various partners throughout the firm " Self-motivated, ability to work independently as well as within a team environment " Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
