The Technology Management division is looking for executive admin to support three executive directors and provide back-up / coverage for the division leader. The team is a global group that interacts with other technology divisions, business areas, external vendors, and industry experts on a regular basis. Team's remit covers a wide array of functions, including talent development and strategy; support for this role would include supporting planning, developing, and running / coordinating talent events (recruiting drives, diversity campaigns) as well as technology fairs throughout the year.
Team is looking for candidates with 5+ years' experience in an executive support or similar role. Prior experience supporting senior directors or other high level executives is strongly encouraged. Given the level of seniority / interaction with heads of the business, the job requires a high level of professionalism, business etiquette, and interpersonal skills. Due to the confidential and sensitive nature of information to which the role will be exposed, discretion is also required. Given the global nature of the role, flexible working hours will be required based on meeting times with clients and stakeholders (occasionally in the office by 7AM, normal starting time 8AM).
