The CRM & Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for managing CRM and digital marketing programs and analytics and reporting.
  • Manage and optimize all SEO, SEM, PLA, affiliate, programmatic / behavioral advertising, and paid social media programs
  • Use platform, tools and vendor partnerships to create advanced targeting, segmentation, modeling, and communication to maximize awareness and engagement and drive sales
  • Provide actionable CRM and digital marketing recommendations based on data analysis and identified choke points
  • Maintain, distribute and refine monthly analytics models and dashboards to measure customer acquisition costs across marketing, online and retail channels
  • Benchmark acquisition and attrition levels for omni-channel ecosystem in the client competitive space
  • Collaborate with the wider E-commerce, Retail and Marketing teams to plan, develop and execute effective omni-channel digital marketing and CRM campaigns
  • Identify, document, and program all customer touch points to create a unified brand narrative and experience
  • Monitor competitive best practices for omni-channel integration and touch point optimization
  • Develop and execute cross-functional plans to improve efficacy across touch points
  • 2-4 years e-commerce experience managing digital marketing and CRM programs
  • Experience with Google Analytics and other web analytic tools and using benchmarks and metrics to improve sales performance
  • Clear experience in using Ability to understand marketing data, build reports and summarize in an actionable way to meet the goals of the business
  • Prior international, luxury and hands-on SEO/SEM experience strongly preferred
  • Action-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities in line with business objectives
  • Ability to balance business and brand considerations, both big picture and day-to-day
  • Proven project management skills managing third party vendors, priorities and timelines
  • Advanced skills in Google Analytics and Excel
