The Shared Services team within Client Service is currently seeking an exceptional candidate who is bright, takes initiative, has strong organizational skills, and thrives in a dynamic, fast paced environment. The ideal candidate would have exemplary communication skills writing, over the phone, and in person who is also extremely detail-oriented and organized. Candidates must be willing to give and receive constructive feedback and find ways to improve internal processes and procedures. Exceptional candidates will grow their responsibilities over time, limited only by their skills and abilities.

Responsibilities:

" Support the travel planning process by booking all ground transportation for travelers, securing visas, handling changes to bookings as circumstances dictate, preparing and delivering travel itineraries, and monitoring ongoing travel.
" Maintaining travel related vendor relationships
" Ensure travelers are spending money wisely by processing and reconciling traveler and travel related expenses

Requirements:

" Organized and reliable
" Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel)
