Reception Desk Duties At $ Executive Plaza

Greet Visitors and make visitor badges, call the person the visitor is here to see and announce the visitor
Answer phone and transfer calls
Sort and put the mail. Email the recipient.
Maintain the office supplies by seeing what is needed in the mailroom daily
Make reservations for cab/taxi service for employees. Must be approved.
Accept and distribute packages from UPS, Fed Ex, DHL etc.
Accept and distribute pharmacy delivery daily
Order Fed Ex Supplies, call for Fed Ex pick up.
Distribute Batteries
Distribute toner cartridges
In Focus machine, log in book who has reserved it in the date reserved
Or give to the person and log it in if not reserved but requested and log it in when they bring it back.
Property Management Create work orders for work the needs to be done in the building and our off sites.
Stamp Outgoing mail.
Prepare new hire welcome kits.
Order and maintain office supplies.
