Business Analyst II
Responsibilities will include compilation of speaker details, meeting material printing/shipping, working with internal departments, attendee list analysis, communication with vendors, updating of documents and resources, *, invoice processing, and scheduling meetings/calls in Outlook.
-Candidate should be comfortable creating and updating presentations. MS Office skills, including strong Excel and some PowerPoint are critical.
-Looking for someone with strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent time-management and organizational skills, computer savvy, polished and professional. Great team player a must.
-1-2 years office experience preferred.
-Must be able to travel within the United States approximately 15% of the year.
