Business Analyst 5
The main function of the role is to act as a business analyst for non-IT projects, filling an organizational role above an administrative level, but below a management level. Other responsibilities may include maintaining all project management processes, including project goals, deadlines, metrics and budget. The role reports to a project manager or director.
" Review and analyze business processes and recommend improvements and solutions to issues " Document business requirements for technology change or business process change " Carry out data analysis and offer solutions " Liaise with project managers, other business analysts, technology teams, legal, compliance, audit & front office business groups " Prepare presentations for proposals " Project manage streams of work
" Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills." Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time." Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in finance trade processing, financial regulations, compliance, general product knowledge (equities, fixed income, futures & options etc.), financial reference data " Strong ability to apply business analysis and project manager skills" Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
" Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting or relevant field required.
" 10+ years experience required
